Okra belado: Stir-fried okra in sambal belado

INGREDIENTS
200 grams of okra or ladies fingers
2 garlic cloves, sliced thinly
A pinch of salt to taste
About 3 tablespoons of Sambal Ding Ding Belado
DIRECTIONS
Slice the garlic thinly.
Slice the okra into 3 to 5 cm pieces.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil of your choice.
Once oil is hot, add in the garlic and stir fry for a minute.
Add the okra into the wok and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add a pinch of salt and keep stirring for another minute.
Add 30ml of water into the wok and cover with a lid.
Reduce heat a little and let the steam cook the okra for about 4 to 6 minutes.
Toss in the sambal and mix well.
Serve with hot steamed rice.
